Digital Product Policy

All products sold on MTProFX are digital goods, including but not limited to Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, trading tools, and downloadable software.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final, and products cannot be returned once delivered or downloaded.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
• The purchased product was not delivered successfully after payment.
• The file provided is corrupted or unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of trading knowledge or inability to use the software
• Poor trading performance or financial losses
• Incompatibility caused by failure to meet product requirements
• Failure to read the product description before purchase
• Claims made after successful download/access of the product
